Forensic Pathology

Written by Timur Maryia

Death investigation is tied to the position of forensic pathologists, colloquially referred to medical examiners, whose importance is invaluable. Heavy is the weight of sentinels tasked with scrutinizing cases of unforeseen, erratic, or violent death as they traipse along the murky path of legality and responsibility in search of the truth that unravels the events surrounding mortality. In united states, there are universal acceptance of one’s own set of rules governing what is considered constitution of a forensic case. It is restored by the chief medical examiners who are the spoilers of the medical examiner offices in the jurisdiction.

The prose of the forensic pathologist traces the route of an ominous Locomotive, through malefic scene of the kill, and where minute investigation is performed to get the crucially information concerning the DateTime of death, as well the causation of the death. The postmortem examination does not stop after the final assessment. The dead is conveyed to a designated mausoleum for further studies. This is where a detective with forensic expertise in pathology takes the postmortem examination also known as autopsy, a detailed dissection and analysis of bodily tissues to come up with the cause and manner of death. This detective-like work is usually pixel-perfect as the process of looking at the pattern of the defect, symptoms of the disease, and even traces of poisoning takes place.

Like a detective who uses multiple tools in his quest for truth, forensic pathologists incorporate hyperbolic noun adjectives, like “a blended science,” into their investigative work. Through their expertise in such areas of toxicology and firearms examination, trace evidence analysis, serology, and DNA technology, these scientists blend the most innovative science approaches to investigate each investigation in its entirety. Moreover, the collaboration of various other forensic experts such as toxicologists, anthropologists and someone who understands the behavior of insects add to the investigators’ ability to understand this issue from different perspectives and the thoroughness of their investigations.

The end of all these laboriths is the finalization of the meticulous documentation, where the cause of death is described in such a manner which is determined on the death certificates. Proper investigation is however the most important one that lays the foundation of legal proceedings and enforces justice and accountability. So, such responsibility means that the perfect accuracy must be to the fore in pathology for the justice is entitled to fairness inherent. Moreover, a little carelessness makes the justice system suffer, as the wrong manner and cause of death can disrupt the pursuit of justice.

The forensic pathologists are the profession whose importance cannot be underestimated; however, this specialization encounters a sadly glaring shortage of potential practitioners. As time goes by, our country’s population continues to grow and consequently, the number of bodies that need post-mortem examination increases rapidly, which is a serious problem to the few special redialers that are already overworked. The rationale behind this appear to be pregnant with severe consequences, dashing the chances of conducting unbiased and smooth death investigations. Contrary, innovative methods like imaging sciences that borders the frontiers of technology, have three-dimensionally promised that, one day would help the forensic pathologists might be spared, while at the same time, the investigative process of a crime would be expedited.

Hence, forensic pathologists as a field in the general scope of medicine and law enforcement stand out from among the rest and find a rightful place on account of their highly specialized knowledge which echoes a true song of a compass in the dim realm of death investigation. Republic Avaling data, they remain the pillars of justice by faithfully keeping problems with taint-free and exactitude, thereby this their eternity supports the idea of a nation driven and built on a culture where the truth is never sacrificed at the alter of partial truth.
